Age Limit
All drivers must be 25 years and older with a valid driver's license
and clean driving records (no major moving violations, DUI convictions,
or similar infractions).
InsuranceDue to the types of vehicles we rent and the nature
of the insurance industry, all renters must carry their own
comprehensive and collision damage policies. One of San Diego
Prestige's employees will verify with your insurance company that
coverage will transfer over to the vehicle being rented.
International Renters
Vehicles are available to international visitors with a valid passport and driver's license from their home country.
Additional Drivers
Additional drivers may be listed as authorized drivers. Each additional driver must have above qualifications.
Hourly RentalsHourly rentals require a four hour minimum and
are only available Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 6:00 pm. No Weekends.
Mercedes S550 and Porsche Cayenne Turbo are also available for one hour
rentals.
Weekend Rentals
One day rental scheduled on Fri-Sun require full payment upon reservation.
Delivery / Pick-up
Vehicle delivery and pick-up is available to and from your door or any area airport. Additional fees may apply.
If you choose to pick up your rental vehicle at our show room,
we offer free parking for your own car in our secured showroom for the
duration of your rental.
Damage DepositAll renters must leave a damage deposit in the
form of a credit card authorization. Any damage found on the vehicle
upon return will be billed against this authorization. Damage deposits
will vary depending on vehicle and the rental period.
Reservation/Cancellation PolicyOnce a reservation with San
Diego Prestige is made a renter may be required to provide a deposit up
to 50% of the total rental cost. In the event of a cancellation or
rescheduling of your rental, you are NOT entitled to a cash refund for
your deposit. However the deposit will be valid to use as a credit
toward any one of San Diego Prestige’s services.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your scheduled
rental date (or are a no-show at the time of rental), you will be
charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental cost.

Payment Methods
VISA, Mastercard, American Express are the preferred method of payment
for rental fees and damage deposits. In certain cases, cashier's checks
or wire transfers, personal checks and cash may be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for vehicle rentals. Gift Certificates are also non-refundable and may not be redeemed for a cash value.
Please note: San Diego Prestige has the right to refuse service to anyone. |
